Restaurant Week is hosted by Culinaria for the wine and culinary arts festival of San Antonio Texas.

Grey Moss Inn participates in restraurant week by offering  a special "Chef Featured" menu during this specific week in Aug. It will be a culinary delight of flavors you dont want to miss. We look forward to seeing you at the Grey Moss Inn.

Apple-Romaine Salad w/ dried cherries, blue cheese, candied pecans & apple-vinagrette aside ½ Chorizo-Stuffed Quail w/ goat cheese and a wild-berry demi.

Choice of:
Texas Peachwood Smoked Marinated Porter-House Pork Chop w/ golden raisin, prickly pear compote, peach blackberry demi, smoked sausage Corn bread stuffing and braised Greens w/ bacon.
Or:
Pan Fried Texas Redfish w/ Shrimp Ettouffe’—saffron-red pepper Rice& Sauteed Green Beans.
Or:
Mesquite-grilled 4oz. Filet of Beef, Wild Game Sausage & Two Large grilled Shrimp w/ the Grey Moss Inn twice-baked potato & our Cumin-Cheese Squash.

Dessert:

Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee and a small glass of Santa Carolina Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.
