Dear Grey Moss Inn Wine-Enthusiast!

We have a really special offering of wines this month at The Grey Moss Inn---- presented by
Drew Stapp, Western Regional Sales Director for "Rabble Wines" from Paso Robles, California.
Produced on the Mossfire Ranch located on the Eastern side of Paso Robles AVA. This
"Ranch" provides unique and varied soils from alluvial bottoms to steep hillsides----soils
primarily sandy, gravelly to loamy, calcium-based in the upper blocks! The date is Tuesday
August 30th, with appetizers @ 7pm, dinner @ 7:30pm.

Appetiers: Grilled Portobello Mushroom w/Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce! Smoked Salmon w/ Capers!
Grilled Spicy Sausage! " Force of Nature" Pinot Gris 2014, "Force of Nature" Red Blend 2014.

1st Course: Mesquite--Grilled Salmon w/ Arugula Greens & "Spiced" Watermelon! "Force of Nature" Chardonnay 2014! Stasis Chardonnay 2012! {both of these are very nice!!!}

2nd Course: Whisky-Glazed Pork Belly! Quinoa- Pepper Succotash!  "Force of Nature" 
Tempranillo, 2013, "Force of Nature" Cabernet Sauvignon 2014!

3rd Course: Mesquite-Grilled New York Strip Loin w/ fresh horseradish sauce {on the side} Asiago
Mac & Cheese! Grilled Baby Carrots w/ Poached Radish! "Tooth & Nail" "The Stand"2013 {Petite
Sirah & Syrah}  "Tooth & Nail" "The Possessor" 2013 {40% Cabernet, 40% Petite Sirah, 20% Syrah}
