We are pleased to host Nick Stacey, owner of Vinaceous Cellars, of South Australia on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 7 pm. These wines are new to the San Antonio market but offer wines of very good character and style.

Wanton-Nachos with pickled vegetables, baby arugula & spicy carrots!

Cilantro-mustard pulled pork sliders with Napa slaw, fried onion strings!

1st Course:  The wine~2012 "Shakre" Chardonnay, Margaret River, Western Australia

Roasted Beet & Candied Pecan Salad with wild greens, goat cheese, croutons, champagne vinaigrette

2nd Course:  The wine~2011 "Red Right Hand" Shiraz-Grenache-Tempranillo, McLaren Vale, S. Australia

Smoked duck leg with red quinoa salad, roasted Broccolini, roasted shallot-black pepper-rum demi

3rd course:  The wine~ 2012 "Raconteur" Cabernet Sauvignon , Margaret River

Ginger spiced smoked NY strip loin with grilled okra with feta cheese, ham & andouille sausage jambalaya, green beans, creole sauce

Dessert:  Snickers cheesecake with salted caramel sauce, whipped cream served with coffee
