The
Cottage
Built in 1929, it was the original owners home. Holds up to 30 people,
has fireplace and wood burning stove, has own restroom and separate CD stereo
system. Deposit is $225.00, $150.00 of which is refundable.
(There may be a use of the space fee
during busy seasons.)
The Garden Room
Holds up to 35 people, has wood burning stove in winter only, must have a
minimum of 24 people on a Friday or Saturday night, is not totally private
because customers must walk through Garden Room to get into the main dining
room. Deposit is $400.00, $250 of which is refundable. Weekends,
non-refundable deposit of $150 for use of space fee. (There may be a use of the space fee
during busy seasons.)
The Veranda Room
Holds up to 60 people, has fireplace, and has separate restrooms. Deposit
is $750.00, $500.00 of which is refundable. Deposit may vary on Fridays,
Saturdays, and any night in December. Must have a minimum of 40 on a Friday
or Saturday night in order to be private. Weekends,
non-refundable deposit of $250 for use of space fee. (There may be a use of the space fee
during busy seasons.)
The Main and Front
Room
Holds up to 80 people, has fireplace, and separate restrooms. Must speak
with Nell before any arrangements can be made. Deposit will vary.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards or cash on the day of the party. A
deposit is required to hold your reservation.The deposit will be refunded if
your party is canceled at least a week in advance. The deposit if check or
cash will be deducted from your bill the night of the party. If the deposit
is by credit card it will be refunded to the credit card.
Weddings may be held at Grey Moss Inn during the hours of 10:00 A.M.
and 4:00 P.M. The cost of using the Inn will vary according to the number of
guests and how much of the Inn you will need to use. There is a
non-refundable deposit required for the use of the Inn.
